Availability of private car service with chauffeur and information

The free private car service with chauffeur covers pre-established distances in each city. In the list below you find the mileage limits in each city.

In some cities it is possible to exceed the limit by paying a supplement. Additional surcharges for excess mileage must be paid directly to the driver in all locations served, with the exception of Logan International Airport in USA. For more information, see the pdf of each city below.

If you are in USA, you must book at least four hours before departure if you are traveling in First Class, eight hours in advance if you are traveling in Business Class.

If you are in another USA city, you must book at least 8 hours before departure if you are traveling in First Class, 12 hours before departure if you are traveling in Business Class.

If you are outside the United Arab Emirates, your reservation must be made at least 48 hours before departure.
